We extend our deepest respect and gratitude to all the developers, storytellers, coders, builders, and contributors of Shadows of Isildur over its many years. Their creativity, their systems, and their dedication to text-based roleplay laid solid foundations - foundations which we have been able to learn from, build upon, and reshape into something new.

While Death's Omen uses its own lore, history, and cosmology, we acknowledge that many parts of our codebase and region file structures began life in the SoI lineage. Through careful modification, adaptation, and reinvention, their legacy continues here in a new form.
